Shooting incident transpired along Rizal Avenue, Brgy. Doña Ramona, Isabela City, Basilan at 4:10 PM of October 7, 2020. Isabela City Police Station identified the victim as Musamman Amigos Hasadin, 40 years old, married, Provincial Government Admin Aid III, and a resident of Brgy. Marang, Sumisip Municipality, Basilan Province.
Initial investigation conducted disclosed that, while the victim was on his way home driving his motorcycle Honda XRM 12, color black/yellow, bearing plate number JA 46827 unidentified suspect shot him with the used of caliber .45 pistol. Victim sustained gunshot wounds on his head and on his chest and immediately brought to Infante Hospital for medical treatment but declared dead on arrival by the attending physician.
SOCO personnel conducted crime scene investigation on site and recovered two pieces fired cartridge case of caliber .45 pistol. PNP personnel of Isabela City Police Station are now conducting investigation for the identity, locate and arrest of the fleeing suspect.
