Surigao: Turn-Over Of 40 Carabaos To Livestock And Poultry Raisers Association (LAPRA) In Tuburan, Del Carmen

Under Livestock-based Livelihood and Enterprise Development Program of Department of Agriculture-Caraga.

The turn over ceremony was graced by Municipal Mayor Proserfina Corro of Del Carmen, Provincial Board Member Guillermo Boncaros who represented Governor Francisco T. Matugas and Regional Technical Director Nicandro M. Navia of Department of Agriculture.

The said project was realized through the effort of Provincial Governor Francisco T. Matugas to avail the said program from DA, in coordination with the Municipality of Del Carmen.
