Be informed that at about 11:50 AM of November 26, 2020, personnel of Gutalac Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by PCPT. RENE BORGONIA SAGAN, OIC conducted Drug Buy-bust operation at New Dapitan, Gutalac, Zamboanga del Norte and arrested Jeric Ompia Dandoy a. k. a. Jeric, 27 years old (May 29,1993), male, married, college graduate, jobless and a resident of Brgy. New Dapitan, Gutalac, Zamboanga del Norte, Category-High Value Individual.
Confiscated from his possession were six (6) pcs. small plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu, 1 pc. ₱ 500.00 bill as marked money, and drug paraphernalia. Drug evidence has an estimated weight of 0.5 gram with estimated street value of ₱ 3,000.00.
Arrested suspect is now in custody of Gutalac MPS while seized drug items will be turned-over to Zamboanga del Norte Police Crime Laboratory Office (ZNPCLO) for weighing and examination while cases for violation on RA 9165 were being prepared for filing in court against the suspect.
