Be informed that at about 12:40 PM of November 26, 2020, personnel of Dapitan City Police Station (CPS) led by PCpl. Romer Ruiz conducted law enforcement operation at Brgy. Tag-ulo, Dapitan City and arrested REYNALDO JUMALON SINES, 39 years old and a resident of said place. Subject was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for violation of PD 449 known as “Illegal Cockfighting” docketed under Criminal Case No. 18617 issued by Judge Jonathan Hilarion G. Maagad of MTCC, 9th Judicial Region, Dapitan City with bail bond recommending to ₱ 30,000.00. Subject person is now under the custody of Dapitan CPS for proper disposition.
Also, at about 12:45 PM of the same date and place, personnel of Dapitan City Police Station (CPS) led by PCpl. Romer Ruiz conducted law enforcement operation and arrested TIRSO NAYAL GUINDONG, 43 years old and a resident of said place. Subject was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for violation of PD 449 known as “Illegal Cockfighting” docketed under Criminal Case No. 18617 issued by Judge Jonathan Hilarion G. Maagad of MTCC, 9th Judicial Region, Dapitan City with bail bond recommending to ₱ 30,000.00. Subject person is now under the custody of Dapitan CPS for proper disposition.
Also, at about 12:50 PM of the same date and place, personnel of Dapitan CPS led by PCpl Romer Ruiz conducted law enforcement operation and arrested Wilson Elumba Tadiin, 33 years old and a resident of said place. Subject was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for violation of PD 449 known as “Illegal Cockfighting” docketed under Criminal Case No. 18617 issued by Judge Jonathan Hilarion G. Maagad of MTCC, 9th Judicial Region, Dapitan City with bail bond recommending to ₱ 30,000.00. Subject person is now under the custody of Dapitan CPS for proper disposition.
Also, at about 12:55 PM of the same date and place, personnel of Dapitan CPS led by PCpl Romer Ruiz conducted law enforcement operation and arrested ERWIN CALUNOD GALLEPOSO, 27 years old and a resident of said place. Subject was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for violation of PD 449 known as “Illegal Cockfighting” docketed under Criminal Case No. 18617 issued by Judge Jonathan Hilarion G. Maagad of MTCC, 9th Judicial Region, Dapitan City with bail bond recommending to ₱ 30,000.00. Subject person is now under the custody of Dapitan CPS for proper disposition.
