Zamboanga: Suspected IED explosion allegedly exploded in Sumisip town

A suspected IED explosion allegedly exploded past 3pm at a construction site between Barangay Central and Limbo Candiis, Sumisip town, today, December 9, 2021.

No less than Sumisip Mayor Julz Hataman has confirmed about the incident. There was no report of any casualties during the explosion. Authorities are eyeing the possible motive behind the explosion was extortion. (RPN DXXX Zamboanga)
