The Director of Highway Patrol Group himself, POLICE BRIGADIER GENERAL ROMMEL FRANCISCO D. MARBIL, pinned the badge.

A Senior Master Rider badge is given to graduates of the Motorcycle Riding Course (MCRC) who obtained 10,000 official ride hours in different parts of the country.

“Being recognized as a Senior Master Rider did not come easy; it takes time and effort to be recognized as such. The same is true with our career in policing. Serving and protecting the country and people takes a lot of hard work and a significant amount of effort. But if you pour your heart into what you are doing and always seek God’s guidance, no task is too daunting to be accomplished,” RD CARAMAT stated.

MCRC is a specialized training of the Philippine National Police, Highway Patrol Group, and other law enforcement agencies that focused on the development and enhancement of the skills of the participants in techniques and procedures of operating a high-performing motorcycle, in basic and tactical law enforcement operations in all kinds of situation and road conditions.
