Government employees in Zamboanga City will soon receive their ₱ 25,000 Collective Negotiation Agreement or CNA incentives this December.
Geraldine M. Dela Paz, city budget officer said, the maximum amount for the CNA which is ₱ 25,000 will be given this year to 2,346 government workers.
Entitled to the CNA are: the regular employees, department heads, city councilors, casual, and contractual employees.
To qualify for the incentive, the employees must be working with the city government for a period of four months.
₱ 58,650,000.00 will be used by the local government to pay for the said incentive.
CNA is given based on the savings of the city government which comes from traveling expenses, communication expenses, repairs and maintenance, transportation and delivery expenses, supplies and materials, and utility expenses without hampering the operation of the office.
This paper will passed the city council then will go to the Department of Budget and Management for review then for payment.
Payment will done to the government employees not earlier than December 15, 2020.
