The City will soon have it’s own Youth Center to cater to the needs of the youth in the City.
Councilor Cary John Pioc, President of the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Zamboanga City Federation, said the building will cost ₱ 100 million and will be located at barangay Cabatangan.
The youth center will have an amphitheater, dormitory, library, computer, function hall, and a multipurpose room.
He said, the project will possibly start by January. This will be the mother center of the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Zamboanga City Federation.
“Si chene activity el youth organization hende mas buska lugar donde man implement el diila activities,” Pioc said.
Youth from the 98 barangays will benefit fron the said project.
In each barangay there are one SK chairman, one secretary, one treasurer, and seven kagawads.
