On campaign against Anti- illegal drugs operations, at around 9:20PM of February 19, 2022 operatives of ZCPS10 together with City Drugs Enforcement Unit conducted buy-bust operation at Barangay Talisayan, Zamboanga City which resulted in the arrest of a subject a.k.a “Didoy”, 41 years old, male, a resident of aforementioned place. Confiscated during operation were six heat sealed transparent plastic sachets of suspected shabu with a standard drug price of Php 2,040 weighing more or less 0.3 gram, one coin purse color pink and two bills of Php 100.00 as marked money.
*At around 10:10 PM of February 19, 2022 operatives of ZCPS2 together with 2nd ZCMFC , CDEU conducted anti- illegal drugs operation at Sitio Barigon, Barangay Tugbungan, Zamboanga City which resulted in the arrest of a subject a.k.a “Ruben”, 48 years old, male, a resident of Barangay Tugbungan, Zamboanga City. Confiscated during operation were four heat sealed transparent plastic sachets of suspected shabu with standard drug price of Php 3,400.00, one leather coin purse color black, one piece folded paper, one bill of Php 200.00 as marked money.
On campaign against illegal gambling, at around 1:00PM of February 19,2022 operatives of ZCPS5 conducted operation on illegal card games locally known as “piat-piat” at Gutierrez Street, Barangay Putik, Zamboanga City which resulted in the arrest of two subjects. Confiscated during operation were one deck cards and bet money amounting Php 260.00.
Update on violation of Alert Level three COVID 19 Situation: ZCPO recorded a total of 156violations on health safety protocol, as follows: 19 for not observing social distancing, 58 for violation of curfew hour, 51 for not wearing facemask, 28 for unauthorized person outside residence.
