The Municipal Human Resource Management and Development Office conducts a 2-day Orientation Program last November 25 to 26, 2021, attended by newly-hired permanent, casual and job order employees.
Mr. Alexander B. Curada, MHRMD Officer, spearheaded the briefing of participants of the LGU’s policies and programs geared towards providing clients and employees with a more service-oriented system and environment.
The topics include public servants’ Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards set by R.A. 6713, Recruitment, Selection and Placement, Performance Management (PRAISE) and Learning and Development (L&D). Municipal Legal Officer, Atty. Enrique L. Tandan, III, Asst. MHRMDO Niña Devra Pableo and Human Resource Management Officers (HRMOs) Karen Mae Chua and Ms. Carmi Rose Paglinawan serve as the speakers in the said orientation.
