Camp Col Rafael C Rodriguez, Butuan City – Police Regional Office (PRO) 13, spearheaded by the Regional Director, Police Brigadier General ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, has been prepared for the start of the campaign of National candidates for the May 2022 elections last February 8.
The region’s top cop divulged those orders are clearly given to the provincial, city, and municipal unit commanders to follow all operational guidelines in line with the orders given by our Chief PNP, Police General DIONARDO BERNARDO CARLOS to ensure safe, accurate, free, and fair elections.
The ongoing COMELEC checkpoints in every municipality implies the prohibition of carrying any and all firearms and other deadly weapons has a big impact in achieving a safe and peaceful elections. Additionally, with the activation of the 24/7 Regional Election Monitoring Action Center (REMAC), which increases the speed of information concerning the current elections as well as the incoming reports on election related concerns and violations.

PNP CARAGA is in full swing of readiness for the upcoming campaign of the candidates for the 2022 elections.
