Surigao del Norte – Police authorities captured 11 most wanted persons in intensified Simultaneous Anti-Criminality Law Enforcement Operations (SACLEO) in the province last Saturday, November 27, 2021.
Police Colonel Noel C Espinoza, Provincial Director (PD) of Surigao del Norte Police Provincial Office reported a total of 11 Most Wanted Persons (MWP) comprising three Regional, one Provincial, one City, seven Municipal Level and 18 other wanted persons for different crimes were put behind bars by the operatives.
Provincial Intelligence Unit operatives arrested Randy P. Sajol, 37 years old, a resident of Purok 3, Brgy. Maribojoc, San Benito, SDN by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Rapedocketed under Criminal case Nr. 21-134 dated October 28, 2021, with no bail recommended issued by Regional Trial Court (RTC), Tenth Judicial Regional, Branch 34, Dapa, SDN. Subject who is listed as Top 9 Regional Level MWP was tracked through Case Operational Plan (COPLAN) “MARIBOJOC.”
Personnel Surigao City Police Station arrested Jeffrey M. Plandano, 33 years old, a resident of P-11, Sitio File, Brgy Mat-i, Surigao City by virtue of Warrants of Arrest for Rape under Criminal Case Nos. 15869 and 15867 with no bail recommended and Violation of Sec. 5D of RA 7610 (Child Abuse) under Criminal Case Nos. 15868 and 15870 with recommended bail of Php200,000.00 each case that were issued by RTC Branch 29, Surigao City dated November 12, 2021. Plandano was listed as Top 6 Regional Level MWP and Top 1 City Level MWP.
Joint operation of Alegria MPS and RIU13, PIUSDN arrested ROLANDO P. REPASO a.k.a. “LANDO MACAY”, 40 years old, a resident of Barangay Budlingin, Alegria, SDN by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Multiple Attempted Murder with Criminal Case number 14418 dated July 3, 2020, with recommended bail of Php 120,000.00, issued by RTC, 10th Judicial Region, Branch 30, Surigao City, SDN. Repaso is listed as Top 4 MWP, Regional Level and Top 11 CTG Member Priority Target Provincial Level (non-Periodic Status Report).
