Surigao del Norte Police Provincial Office (SDN PPO) – Police authorities of Claver Municipal Police Station (MPS) conducted a buy-bust operation leading to the arrest of the suspect and seizure of suspected Shabu worth ₱ 11,800.00 in Brgy. Panatao, Claver, SDN around 10:00 PM last Tuesday, November 23, 2021.
Provincial Director (PD) Police Colonel Noel C Espinoza identified the suspect as Ronnel M. Elimanco, 26 years old, a resident of Purok Manguim, Brgy. Central, Placer, SDN.
Elimanco is a newly identified Street Level Target of Claver, SDN.
Confiscated items from the suspect were a plastic sachet of suspected shabu bought by the poseur buyer; orange lighter; marked money; brown wallet; Palawan claim receipts; Infinix Cellular phone and a total estimated weight of one gram of confiscated suspected shabu with Dangerous Drugs Board value of P11,800.00.
The body search was done in an orderly manner and duly witnessed by the DOJ representative and Brgy. Captain of Claver, SDN.
The suspect was brought to Claver MPS for proper disposition and filed a case for Violation of Section 5 and 11, Article II of RA 9165 is now being processed against him.
PD Espinoza lauded the operatives in their validated intelligence-driven operation by putting another drug suspect behind bars. The
