Surigao: Coast Guard District North Eastern Mindanao safely transported more than 400 food packs and mosquito nets to remote island barangay of San Jose in the City of Surigao

Coast Guard District North Eastern Mindanao FPB-151 safely transported more than 400 food packs and mosquito nets from City Mayor’s Office and ferried Surigao City Mayor Ernesto “Estong” U. Matugas Jr. together with his personnel to remote island barangay of San Jose in the City of Surigao last Monday, 10 January 2022.

FPB 151 safely arrived to the said area and successfully conducted the relief operation.

Coast Guard District North Eastern Mindanao (CGDNEM) will constantly work with Local Government Unit for the immediate delivery of necessary assistance in recovering families of typhoon-striken areas of Surigao del Norte and Dinagat Islands.
