Police operatives of Zamboanga Sibugay Police Provincial Office – Intel Unit, Ipil Municipal Police Station (MPS), 2nd Zamboanga Sibugay Provincial Mobile Force Company and PDEA9 conducted law enforcement operation against wanted person at Freedom Stage, Poblacion, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay at about 9:40 AM of September 8, 2020. This resulted in the arrest of Khalid Casim Anduhol, 27 years old, married, farmer, and a resident of Purok Jupiter, Brgy. Bangkerohan, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay.
He was arrested by virtue of warrant arrest for violation of Sec. 11 of RA 9165, docketed under Criminal Case No. I-7701, issued by Hon. Vicente S. Dela Plaza Ii, Presiding Judge, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 36, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay dated September 1, 2020 with a recommended bail bond of ₱ 200,000.00.
He is now under the temporary custody of Ipil MPS for proper disposition.
