Police operatives of Zamboanga City Police Station 4 conducted law enforcement operation against wanted person at Brgy. Pasobolong, Zamboanga City at about 8:00 PM of September 8, 2020. The operation resulted in the arrest of John Lester Miguel Poloyapoy, 21 years old, male, single, jobless and a resident of Brgy. Pasobolong, Zamboanga City.
He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Violation of R.A. 8353 (Anti-Rape Law of 1997) two counts, docketed under Criminal Case Nos. 44668 and 44669, issued and signed by Presiding Judge Hon. Peter V. Eisma, Branch15, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Zamboanga City dated May 19, 2020 with no recommended bail bond stated in his warrant of arrest.
He is now under the temporary custody of Zamboanga City Police Station 4 for proper disposition. (PCpt. Edwin A. Duco, Chief Public Information Officer)
