Cause of death is Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome, Severe, secondary to COVID-19 Confirmed (RT-PCR Positive) with Critical Pneumonia; Septic Encephalopathy secondary, Community Acquired Pneumonia with Hypoxia, Acute Kidney Injury on top of Chronic Kidney Disease, Acute Gastroenteritis with Moderate Dehydration – Resolved, Hypertension Stage II, Ischemic Heart Disease, Atrial Fibrillation in Rapid Ventricular Rate, Not in Failure, Alcoholic Liver Disease, Status Post Intubation, Status Post IJ Catheter Insertion.
