Be informed that at about 2:00 PM of November 8, 2020, personnel of Sibuco Municipal Police Station (MPS) conducted Oplan Katok to expired firearm holders at Brgy. Tangarak, Sibuco, Zamboanga del Norte. As a result, Hon. Efraim Vasquez Arcilla, 39 years old, Barangay Captain of said barangay voluntary surrendered one (1) unit Homemade Cal. 20 handgun to Pat. Arnold O. Luyao.
The said firearm is now in custody of Sibuco MPS for safekeeping and proper disposition.(PLtCol. Charisse B. Yabo, Provincial Community Affairs and Development Unit Chief)
