Be informed that on November 8, 2020 at about 11:25 AM, while personnel of Barcelona COMPAC led by PSSg. Charlie Viadnes conducting mobile patrolling in Brgy. Potungan, Dapitan City, the team flagged down a Black Racal motorcycle with Temp. Plate No. 090195255 driven by one Roger Maglangit, 24 years old, male, single, a resident of Morning Star, Brgy. Olingan, Dipolog City for not wearing protective helmet. But said suspect intentionally speeded up his driven motorcycle to evade the said police officers traversing the National Highway going to Brgy. Barcelona, Dapitan City.
The team prompted to chase the suspect and successfully apprehended him at Brgy. Ilaya, Dapitan City. The suspect was subsequently arrested and now he is under the police custody of Dapitan City Police Station (CPS) for filing of appropriate charges in court.
