Be informed that at about 2:20 PM November 8, 2020, personnel of Jose Dalman Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by PSMS. Fernando S. Gomolon Jr. conducted law enforcement operation at Brgy. Tabon, Jose Dalman, Zamboanga del Norte and arrested GLENDO GARAY SIAP, 57 years old and a resident of said place.
Subject was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the crime of “ESTAFA” docketed in Criminal Case No. 6112 issued by Judge CHERRY JOY C. CONCHA-AGEAS, of 9th RTC, Branch 11, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte dated August 28, 2020 with bail bond amounting to ₱ 40, 000.00.
