Be informed that at about 4:00 PM of November 4, 2020, Roxas Municipal Police Station (MPS) received information that Roel Tagad Amban, 40 years old, married, farmer and a resident of Sitio Cantolan, Brgy. Tantingon, Roxas, Zamboanga del Norte was carrying unknown caliber of firearm, heading towards Purok 3, Brgy. Tantingon, Roxas, Zamboanga del Norte.
Immediately, Intel Operatives of Roxas MPS composed of PCpl. Rezin S. Lugo (TL), PCpl. Rene A. Kilat and Pat Leslie Ryan O. Dangase proceeded to the said place to verify the veracity of the report and for possible arrest of the suspect. Â At about 6:00 PM of same date, the team arrived and confronted the suspect. When they directed him to raise his shirt, his firearm tucked in his waist was exposed.
The team successfully arrested the suspect and conducted inventory with the presence of Honorable Rosbel S. Caloy, Punong barangay of Brgy. Tantingon, Roxas, Zamboanga del Norte.
Recovered from the suspect one unit 38 Revolver without Serial Number, inserted with four live ammunition.
