Three Suspects Netted For Selling Of Pirated Cd’s, Dvd’s And Pornographic Film

Simultaneous entrapment operation were conducted on April 14, 2021 at Surigao City Public Market, Brgy. Taft, Surigao City, by detectives of CIDG RFU13 – Surigao del Norte PFU together with Surigao City Police Station and PIU SDN in coordination with SDN PPO and DTI Surigao City lead by Maria Lourdes A. Chua and Barangay kagawad Joselito J. Eviota in relation of the CIDG flagship project OPLAN MEGASHOPPER that resulted to the arrest of aforementioned suspects.

WHO:

1. SALIHIK DALUPANG y MACARARAY, 42 years old, male, married and a resident of Brgy. Luna Surigao City;
2. ABULKHAIR RINABOR y TAIB, 38 years old, male, married and a resident of Purok-1,Bagong Silang, Brgy. Washington, Surigao City;
3. JOHAIR CALIM ADIONG, 35 years old, male, married and a resident of Espina St. Purok Gumamela, Brgy. Taft, Surigao City;

Confiscated items:

1. Three (3) pcs genuine 100 peso bill with Serial number AT624557, SX516957 and UK867529 with initial marking “RMA”,”MRP” and “RCV” respectively;(buy-bust money)
2.  Twelve (12) pieces pirated DVD’s and CD’s; (buy-bust item)
3. Three (3) pieces pornographic CD’s;(buy-bust item)
4. Two thousand Six hundred pieces of assorted pirated CD’s and DVD’s; and
5. Fifty (50) pieces assorted pornographic CD’s

Details:

All confiscated assorted pornographic pirated CD’s and DVD’s with total estimated market value of ₱ 400,000.00;

Arrested persons and the pieces of evidence confiscated were under the custody of this office for safe keeping and proper disposition while a criminal case is being prepared for filing.
