Provincial Director (PD) Police Colonel NOEL C ESPINOZA warmly welcomes Police Brigadier General (PBGEN) JASON D ORTIZO, The Director, PNP Chaplain Service in his Pastoral Visitation in SDNPPO Headquarters (HQ), Surigao City around 11:30 AM, last Wednesday, November 24, 2021.
PBGEN ORTIZO was accorded with foyer honors duly led by PD ESPINOZA together with the Provincial Staff. Talk to men were presided immediately at the lobby of the HQ and attended by staff officers and personnel including Non-Uniformed Personnel emphasizing important directives from National HQ invoking the guidance of the newly installed PNP Chief Police General DIONARDO B CARLOS.
The Chaplain Service Director urges to communicate openly inside the workplace to create a harmonious relationship with the co-workers and establish better ambiance. Family healing was also tackled and the factors that affect the personnel are highly regarded as the main variable of police officers’ working efficiency.
Thus, the previous issues affecting the whole image of the uniformed personnel do a dramatic flip and compromise the trust and confidence in the community.
Through these continuous programs, E-Gabay and USAP (Ugnayan ng Simbahan at Pulisya), the organization could lead to a fruitful outcome.
He further facilitated a meeting with Values Life Coaches in the province (E-Gabay) where he expressed his gratitude for the volunteered support given to the organization. He also inculcated in them to continue their moral values mission among the PNP personnel to mold them to become better public servants.
While USAP, a Memorandum of Understanding strengthens the collaboration with the major churches in achieving our charter Statement was accomplished at the Bishop House, Brgy Washington, Surigao City.
“We need to embrace the spirit of interfaith, respect one another beliefs and be united as police officers and public servants,” said PBGEN ORTIZO.
