Sa may Purok 3 sa nahisgotang barangay siya nadakpan ug nakuha kining mga mosunod nga ebidensiya:

1. 2 pcs. Heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet of suspected shabu worth more or less ₱ 15,000 (Subject of Sale); with estimated weight more or less 2 grams.
2. 1 pc heat sealed transparent plastic sachets of suspected shabu (possession) with estimated weight more or less 1 gram.
3. One (1) pc Genuine One thousand peso bill marked money, 14 pcs. One thousand peso boodle money.
4. One (1) unit. 9mm Daewoo Pistol unlicensed with 10 pcs. live ammo of 9mm
5. One (1) pc. Magazine
6. One brown sling bag

Giila siya nga high-valued target sa PDEA ug gitakdang kasohan sa Violation of Section 5 sanan 11 sa Article II sa RA 9165 sanan violation RA 10591 tungod isab sa pagtinir nan armas na waya itugot sa balaud.
