Be informed that at about 2:40 PM of November 8,2020, a traffic incident transpired along the national highway of Brgy. Poblacion Alto, Sergio Osmeña, Zamboanga del Norte involving two motorcycles described as follows:
- MC1 – Blue/white Honda XRM MC driven by Dionito Sentorias Reyes, 57 years old with back rider Leonida Mila Reyes, 57 years old, both residents of said place.
- MC2 – Red/black KYMCO MC driven by Rosario Sumod Abejero, 19 years old and a resident of Brgy. Poblacion Bajo, Sergio Osmeña, Zamboanga del Norte.
Investigation conducted disclosed that while both motorcycles were travelling in same direction towards Dipolog City wherein MC1 was ahead of MC2. Upon reaching the place of incident, the driver of MC2 tried to overtake MC1 but it suddenly bumped the latter. As a result, both motorcycles fell on the road, inflicting injuries to all riders.
All victims were brought to ZANORTE Medical Center, Dipolog City for medication while the motorcycles are now in custody of Sergio Osmeña Municipal Police Station (MPS).
