Be informed that at about 9:50 AM of December 07, 2020, Jose Dalman Municipal Police Station (MPS) received information that allegedly there was a vehicular incident transpired along national Highway of Brgy. Poblacion, Jose Dalman, Zamboanga Del Norte involving a dump truck and a motorcycle.
Acted on the report, PNP personnel of Jose Dalman MPS led by PSSg. Elenito D. Amistas Jr. proceeded to the above-mentioned place to verify the veracity of said report.
Initial investigation conducted by PCpl. Rando C. Jatico disclosed that prior to the incident, a white HOWO Dump Truck, plate number NBB 8243, no CR/OR presented, driven by Leopoldo Unabia Caylan II, 31 years old, a resident of Mahayag, Zamboanga del Sur, with Professional Driver’s License No. KO2-12-007626 was travelling from Dipolog City going to Sindangan direction and upon reaching at the place of incident, incidentally met into contact with the black Euro 150 motorcycle, no plate number attached and no CR/OR presented, driven by Ariel Bustaliňo Atad, 35 years old, no driver’s license presented, with back rider Nelson Ambaras Aleman, 46 years old, both married and residents of Brgy. Dinasan, Jose Dalman, Zamboanga Del Norte who crossed from other side of the road.
As a result, the driver and back rider of Euro motorcycle sustained minor injuries and were brought to RHU-Jose Dalman by the responding PNP personnel. Involved vehicles were brought to Jose Dalman MPS together with the driver of dump truck, Leopoldo U. Caylan II, for proper disposition.
