Be informed that at about 2:00 PM of December 7, 2020 PNP elements of Salug Municipal Police Station (MPS) composed of PEMS Alexander A. Lozada- MESPO/TL, PSSg. Russell L. Evangelista, PCpl. Restituto A. Apatan Jr. and PCpl. Jerome Ryan M. Tabasa, together with PNP personnel from 906th RMFB 9 led by PCPT. NORMAN PAUL A. DUASO, Pat Melvin Padela and Pat Bryan Galea and personnel from 905th RMFB 9 Pat Rhagde Muhalim and Pat Jumar Cabrera and PSSg. Jose Rey I. Tan, RID, RA-Zamboanga Del Norte conducted Intel driven manhunt operation at Brgy. Danao, Salug, Zamboanga Del Norte.
As a result, at about 3:00 PM of same date, the team successfully arrested certain Remson Dingcong Ypon, 45 years old, married, Filipino and a resident of Brgy. Danao, Salug, Zamboanga Del Norte by virtue of alias order of arrest for the crime of “Rape in relation to RA 7610 docketed under Criminal Case No. L-003495 issued by Presiding Judge Anthony D. Isaw of RTC9, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte dated November 29, 2019 without bail bond recommended.
The arrested wanted person is now in the custody of Salug MPS for proper disposition.
