Labangan, Zamboanga del Sur – The personnel of 1st Civil-Military Operations (Mahigalaon) Battalion led by 1st. Lt. Linberg I. Gablan supported the effort in the conduct of Mobile Medical Mission initiated by Provincial Health Office Pagadian City headed by Dr. Anathalio Cagampang in coordination with the different agencies to include the Balangasan Elementary School Faculty and Staff, Provincial Tourism of Pagadian City, BJMP Region 9, Medical and Dental Officer and Expert Personnel of 1st Infantry “Tabak” Division and other civilian stakeholders at Balangasan Elementary School, Balangasan, Pagadian city last March 01-02, 2022.
Some of the extended services that the team delivered towards the populace are the following: more or less 118 mobile vaccinations, 188 tooth extraction, 155 penile circumcisions, 46 medical consultations, free medicines and free foods to the kids and adults.
The Mahigalaon troops also distributed informative leaflets to the attendees of the said activity purposely to disseminate programs set by the government for those who wanted to return to the folds of law.
Moreover, the unity and cooperation of the recipients and stakeholders of the said activity are can be seen all throughout the conduct of the medical mission.
