Pagadian: Mayor Sammy Co signed the Executive Order No. 001 series of 2022

Pagadian City – “An EO Implementing More Stringent Measures to Protect the Residents of the City from COVID-19 Virus in Light of the Surge of COVID-19 in the NCR by the Highly Transmissible OMICRON VARRIANT”

Section 1: RESTRICTION OF ENTRY

It is hereby declared and ordered that the entry into the city by travelers, returning residents and returning overseas Filipinos, SHALL ONLY BE ALLOWED if they can show NEGATIVE RT-PCR or ANTIGEN or RAPID ANTIBODY TEST RESULTS regardless if the person is vaccinated or not.

1. Negative RT-PCR Test Results must be more than 3 days of validitt upon arrival.
2. Negative ANTIGEN Test Results must not exceed 48 hours upon arrival.
3. For those without any Negative Test Results, Antigen Test shall be availavle at the Arrival Area at a minimal fee.

Section 2: RESTRICTION ON MASS GATHERINGS

1. No mass gatherings shall be allowed for those unvaccinated people inside an enclosed area, room or venue without ventilation.
2. Mass gatherings such as, but not limited to, concerts, sporting events and other entertainment activities, community assemblies, religious gatherings and non-essential work gatherings shall be allowed provided the participants and spectators of such gatherings are FULLY VACCINATED and the attendance does not exceed more than 50 percent of the venue’s capacity. All unvaccinated minors and 11 years old and below are not allowed entry in these mass gatherings.

This order shall take effect on January 7, 2022 to January 15, 2022.
