- One (1) reported death from General Santos City, the 67,591st reported confirmed case, 54 years old male. Cause of Death is Acute Respiratory Failure secondary to COVID-19 Pneumonia-Critical DOA; Hypertension.
- One (1) reported death from Tantangan, South Cotabato, the 69,099th reported confirmed case, 54 years old male. Cause of Death is Cardiac Arrhythmia secondary to Hypokalemia, Probably Chronic Kidney Disease, Diabetes Mellitus II – Uncontrolled, COVID-19 Confirmed.
