“Only fully vaccinated minors 12 years old to 17 years old who are accompanied by a responsible adult, guardian, or parent who must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, shall be accommodated or allowed entry in closed and indoor venues including malls and department stores,” unod sa direktiba ni Rama.
“For this purpose, the presentation of a vaccination card and identification document is required upon entry of the said venues. Furthermore, children 11 years old and below shall not be accommodated and allowed entry in malls and the said venues,” dugang kasayuran sa maong direktiba sa mayor.

Alang ni Garcia nga sukwahi kini sa nalatid sa Covid-19 Vaccination Program Act of 2021.
“I think the law is very clear. How else can we interpret other than saying that there shall be no mandatory requirements of vaccine card so that people may enter establishments?” mensahi ni Garcia
“So I cannot understand why this movement towards now discriminating against the unvaccinated,” dugang mensahi sa gobernador.
Giklaro hinoon sa Department of Transportation ug sa Department of Labor and Employment na ang ‘no vax, no ride, dili mo apply ngadto sa mga workers.

- Individuals going for medical check up
- Individuals purchasing essential goods
- Individuals applying for a license or passport
- Individuals heading to a vaccination sites
