Cebu: Bong Go mi-anunsyo sa iyang pag-atras sa 2022 presidential race; Mga kaalyado sa Sugbo nagpaabot kinsay i-endorso ni President Duterte

Cebu City – Magpaabot pa sa endorsement ni President Rodrigo Duterte ang pangu sa Partido Barug-PDP Laban, Cebu City Mayor Michael Rama sa dili pa mo anunsyo kung si kinsa ang ilang suportahan pagka president sa 2022 elections.

Kini human si Senador Christopher “Bong” Go opisyal nga mi withdraw sa iyang kandidatura sa pagkapresident Nobyembre 30, 2021.

“Sa ngayon handa po akong mag sakripisyo alang-alang sa kapakanan n gating bayan at ni Pangulong Duterte. Simpleng probinsyano lamang po ako na binigyan ng pagkakataong magsilbi na maging president. Puro serbisyo lang po ako. Dahil ang bisyo ko po ay magserbisyo,” butyag sa senador atol sa Bonifacio Day.

Sa wala pa namahayag sa publiko, personal nga gikahinabi ni Rama si Go labot sa withdrawal ug iyang nasayran nga dili buot ni Go nga siyay hinungdan sa “animosity” tali ni President Duterte ug sa iyang anak nga si Sara Duterte.

Alang ni Rama nga respetohon, ug dili lang respetohon kundi kinahanglang i commend ang iyang gibuhat.

“…Since allied man gyod mi sa administration, I am seeing discussion in the national that this whole (issue) will settle down. Where the president will be, where Bong Go will be, that is where we will be aligned,”

“In the meantime, what we are at this point, what we are very clear that our Vice President is Sara Duterte,” pasabot ni Rama.

Matod sa mayor nga makig tagbo siya sa iyang mga party mates kalabot sa maong political development ug mo kuha sa mga ilang huna-huna.

Gisaad niini nga padayon ang pagsuporta sa Partido Barug ngadto sa PDP-Laban ug ni President Duterte sa sunod election.

“Abangan lang nato what will be transpiring. Definitely, before December 10, all of this will be settled. I don’t think it will be too long before this will be settled. Let us prepare in a couple of days,” pamahayag sa mayor.

Si Presidential Assistant to the Visayas, Secretary Michael Dino, mipadayag sab sa iyang mensahi labot sa pag-atras ni Bong Go.

“Disheartening but will respect SBG’s decision,” matod ni Dino.
