Baguio relaxed restrictions for only vaccinated individual

Baguio city Mayor Benjamin Magalong  relaxed restrictions for fully vaccinated with his Executive Order No. 160-2021 “Prescribing Guidelines for Alert Level 2 in Baguio City” effective today, 1 December 2021.

Based on the guidelines under the Executive Order city government relaxed  its restrictions for fully vaccinated persons in  dine-in establishments, Gyms, fitness centers, salons, spas , personal care, museums, cultural centers, libraries and archives and other tourist and leisure attractions.

The city allowed these establishments to increase their capacity to 50 percent for indoor and 70 percent for outdoor.

E-bingo and other gaming establishments are now allowed to a maximum 50% of venue capacity at any given time and for fully vaccinated persons only.

Further, all establishments may add 10% to permitted capacity if with Safety Seal certificate. But, they must ensure that only asymptomatic fully vaccinated persons will be allowed in indoor/enclosed spaces

However, Bars, night clubs and liquor establishments shall not be allowed under Alert Level 2

The order now allows private social gatherings with a maximum 50% of venue capacity and for fully vaccinated persons only and 70 percent for outdoor.

As the city allowed the 70 percent maximum capacity for PUJs, all PUJ and taxi drivers shall be fully vaccinated and those unvaccinated are required to undergo RT-PCR/antigen testing every two weeks at their own expense.
