The Drug Enforcement Course (DEG) is a 20-day training aimed to equip the participants with the knowledge and skills needed in the performance of anti-illegal drugs operations to ensure the successful prosecution of drug cases.

The training was conducted through online/virtual mode of learning and was virtually participated by nine Police Commissioned Officers (PCO) and 41 Police Non-Commissioned Officers (PNCO) from the different units of PROCOR.

PCOL Byron B Tegui-in, the Chief of the Regional Learning and Doctrine Development Division congratulated the graduates and encouraged them to continually enhance their knowledge and skills for them to excel in their careers.

“Your newfound knowledge in anti-illegal drug operations will be your main weapon to abate uncertainties and hesitancy in the performance of your duties. Your confidence should have been boosted and hopefully, this will lead to the execution of your tasks with efficiency and effectiveness,” Tegui-in  added.

Part of the training is to enhance public awareness on the harmful effects of dangerous drugs in partnership with the community.
