Be informed that at about 4:30 AM of September 13, 2020, intelligence personnel of 2nd ZNPMFC led by PSsg. Dennis T. Berjame , PCpl. Arnold P. Acbayan ll, Pat Jan Claude Z. Pasinabo and Pat Edgar B. Tuya together with personnel of ZNPIU led by PMsg. Rolter Canastra and personnel of Godod Municipal Police Station (MPS) conducted joint intel driven operation which resulted to the arrest of one Danilo Samson Benemerito, 46 years old and a resident of Brgy. Baluno, Godod, Zamboanga del Norte, for the crime of Acts of Lasciviousness (5 counts) docketed under criminal case numbers L-003981, L-003982, L-003983, L-003984 and L-003985, issued by Judge Anthony D. Isaw-Acting Presiding, RTC 9, Branch 28, dated July 17, 2020 with bail bond recom fixed at ₱ 180,000 each.
The said wanted person is now under custody of Godod MPS for proper disposition.
