Ang suspetsado nga lalaki nagpanuigon og 35 anyos, taga Sitio Riverside Conception Street in Brgy. Pasil, dakbayan sa Sugbo.
Ang mga sakop sa Police Station 1, Cebu City Police Office (CCPO) uban sa CIDG RFU 7 HQS maoy nilusad sa maong operation basi sa warrant of arrest for statutory rape under Par (1) (D) Art 266-A as amended by Republic Act 8353.
Si Presiding Judge Marlon Moneva sa Branch 74, Regional Trial Court in Cebu City maoy nipagawas sa maong warrant diin walay gikatakda nga piyansa.
