Be informed that at about 4:30 PM of September 13, 2020, Hon. Antonio Castañares Rosal, 67 years old, (Date Of Birth: September 20, 1952), male, married, and a resident of Brgy. Sto. Tomas, Pinan, Zamboanga del Norte, retired PNP and SB member of Mutia, Zamboanga del Norte, personally came to Mutia Municipal Police Station (MPS) and voluntarily turned over/surrendered one-unit Cal.38 revolver without serial number and with two live ammunition.
