Police operatives of Zamboanga City Police Station 11 and PDEA IX conducted a joint law enforcement operation against wanted person at 36 Valor, Brgy. Upper Calarian, Zamboanga City at about 9:30 AM of December 1, 2020.
The operation resulted to the arrest of Omael Sampang Y Dayaw, 37 years old, male, married, resident of Brgy. Sta. Catalina, Zamboanga City by virtue of warrant of arrest issued and signed by Presiding Judge, of Regional Trial Court in Cities 9th Judicial Region Branch 34, Zamboanga City dated September 21, 2020 docketed under Criminal Case No. 45577 for Violation of Sec. 5 Article II of CCDA of 2002 (RA 9165) with no bail bond recommended.
He is presently at PDEA IX custodial facility pending for the issuance of commitment order by the concerned honorable court. (PCpt. Edwin A. Duco, Chief Public Information Officer)
