12 suspected drug pushers were arrested last Monday (July 21) in different buy-bust operations in barangays San Roque, Tumaga, Guiwan, Sta. Barbara and Upper Calarian, Zamboanga City, in Kumalarang, Zamboanga del Sur and in Katipunan, Zamboanga del Norte.
Police Regional Office 9 Regional Director PBGen. Jesus Cambay, Jr. said the suspects include construction workers, jobless persons and a member of the Philippine Marines. Appropriate charges are already being prepared against them in court as anti-illegal drugs operations continue all over Zamboanga Peninsula.
