The newly acquired Manlifter and Boom Truck of the Surigao City worth 6Million pesos was blessed yesterday morning of December 2, 2019.
Present during the blessing with the City Mayor Estong Matugas and Vice Mayor Nitoy Matugas, were City Councilors Mario Gesta, Joshua Geli, and SK Pres. Janree Gonzales. Also in attendance were City Administrator Atty Jerry Centro, BPLO Head Ernesto Ingkoy Kang, City Engr. Gil Rufino Menor and GSO Head Jupiter Dotillos.
Assigned at the GSO, the manlifter would be utilized in the maintenance work of the city streetlighting, among others and in emergency situation that needs the assistance of this equipment. (RPN DXKS via Ronda 10 Jhino Parrucho)
Yesterday 7:00 PM, in coordination with City Social Welfare and Development Office and Mayor Estong Matugas, distributed free food packs to 86 stranded passengers at Eva Macapagal Passenger Terminal Bldg., Port of Surigao.
