Police personnel of Payao Municipal Police Station and 1st Zamboanga Sibugay Provincial Mobile Force Company conducted law enforcement operation against wanted person at Brgy. Balungisan, Payao, Zamboanga Sibugay at 10:30 AM of October 7, 2020. The operation resulted in the arrest of Erwin Biñas Gonzales, 42 years old, male, married, farmer, and a resident of Brgy. Balungisan, Payao, Zamboanga Sibugay.
He was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for the Crime of Rape, docketed under Criminal Case No. IM-20-2082, issued by Presiding Judge, RTC Branch 31, 9th Judicial Region, Imelda, Zamboanga Sibugay, dated July 19, 2020 with no recommended bail bond.
He is now under the temporary custody of Payao MPS for proper disposition.
