Davao City – Highway Patrol Group Director, PBGEN Alexander C. Tagum visited Davao City Police Office at Camp Domingo Leonor this City.
PBGEN. Tagum was the former City Director of Davao City Police Office who had an exemplary performance in Davao City during his stint as City Director wherein Davao City Police Office ranked as second safest city in Southeast ASIA for the year 2019.
“Wherever you go, do not ever forget to build relationships. If there is anything critical to the life and career of a police officer, it is creating relationships that last and build you up as a human being. When you can connect with the people you serve, you are in a better position to learn and grow as an individual, at the same time leave a positive impact to others’ lives “, PBGEN Tagum said.
As a parting thought, he said, “Being a leader may be taking a high and, at times, lonely, road, but there is one thing that stays with me because of my time in the DCPO; there will always be people who got your back. One might stumble, even fall, but there will always be people who will pull you back up.”
