Canadian Tourist With Backrider Apprehended By The Police Infront Of Surigao Education Center

Canadian tourist with backrider apprehended by the police infront of Surigao Education Center. He was released after showing his medical condition that he had undergone a liver transplant.

The police reminded him that backriding is not allowed and violators will be detained for 7 hours at the grandstand. The motorcycle rider will be issued Traffic Citation Ticket with violation of Executive Order 37 of the City Government. (RPN DXKS)
