Be informed that at about 4:35 PM of November 26, 2020, personnel of Siocon Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by PMAJ. EDISON F. ALVIAR, ACOP together with 2nd ZNPMFC conducted law enforcement operation at Brgy. Candiz, Siocon, Zamboanga del Norte and arrested Marlon Capangpangan Baol, 33 years old and a resident of said place.
Subject was arrested by virtue of Warrest of Arrest for the crime of Malicious Mischief with Criminal Case No. 3435 issued by Judge Jerry B. Patcho of 4th MCTC, 9th Judicial Region, Siocon, Zamboanga del Norte dated July 16, 2018 with bail bond amounting to ₱ 2,000.00.
Arrested wanted person is now in custody of Siocon MPS for proper disposition.
