Mayor Beng Climaco convenes an executive meeting with the security sector Tuesday night to tackle measures to thwart lawlessness.
The meeting was attended by top police and military officials, City Administrator Mike Saavedra and newly-appointed Assistant City Administrator Christian Olasiman.
Security forces are on heightened alert in the region following the twin explosions in Isabela, Basilan Monday noon.
Mayor Climaco reiterated her call for security forces to deny terrorists the opportunity to sow terror in the city. She likewise expressed gratitude to the authorities anew for their commitment and dedication to keep Zamboanga City safe and secure.
