Zamboanga Del Sur Reported Its 24th Covid- Related Death As Of Today, November 28, 2020

ZDS # 881 – A 54 y.o female from P. Sanchez, Bagong Pitogo, Aurora, ZDS. Admitted in a Government health facility last November 24, 2020; unfortunately died on the following day at around 10 AM. RT-PCR taken last November 25, 2020 which yields a positive result received today. Final diagnosis:

1. Acute respiratory failure likely secondary to severe metabolic acidosis secondary to acute kidney injury
2. Severe sepsis secondary to acute infectious diarrhea
3. COVID confirmed positive.
