Zamboanga Del Sur Reported Its 22nd Covid-Related Death As Of Today, November 26, 2020

ZDS # 215 – A 68 y.o male from Brgy. Lumbia, Pagadian City. Previously admitted in a private hospital then transferred to a Government health facility last October 24, 2020. With Positive RT-PCR result taken last October 21, 2020. Expired at around 7:54 PM of November 25, 2020 with the final diagnoses:

1. Cardiopulmonary arrest secondary to ventricular tachyarrhythmias
2. COVID 19 Pneumonia, critical with concomitant secondary to bacterial pneumonia
3. Bilateral Pleural effusion S/P Cright
4. Hypertensive cardiovascular disease, coronary artery disease with cardiomyopathy in congestive heart failure NYHA FC IV
5. End stage renal disease on maintenance dialysis
6. S/P Cerebrovascular disease

Post mortem care done based on COVID protocols..
