Illegally parked vehicles to include motorcycles, tricycles and kuliglig, along the Upper Calarian highway were towed in line with the clearing operations being carried out by enforcers from the City Administrator’s Office.
The clearing ops were done in collaboration with the Barangay Council of Calarian and is pursuant to a DILG memorandum for local government units to ensure free flowing traffic for both vehicles and pedestrians in national roads and roads under their jurisdiction.
