Police Regional Office 12 – Police Regional Office 12 operatives executes simultaneous drug buy-bust entrapment operation able to neutralize two (2) drug peddlers including one High-Value Target and nabbed one (1) other drug peddlers that belong PRO 12 Priority Ten (10) Illegal Drug Personalities to last May 12, 2020.
At about 2:30 PM of May 12, 2020, joint elements of RPDEU 12, RID 12 and Mlang MPS, CPPO in coordination with PDEA12 conducted an entrapment operation thru buy-bust along National Highway at Purok 1, Barangay Inas, Mlang, Cotabato Province which resulted in the neutralization of Jeric Dapudong Fuentespina alias “Lovelove” 27 years old, a resident of Purok 1,Barangay Inas,Mlang, Cotabato Province.
During the operation, the poseur- buyer was able to buy One(1) piece small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet believed to be shabu using One(1) piece Five Hundred Peso Bill (Php 500.00).
However, immediately after the transaction, the suspect sensed that he transacted to a police officer and immediately pulled his firearm and shoot towards the poseur-buyer.
This prompted the acting poseur buyer and the rest of the operating team to retaliate. As a result, the suspect suffered gunshot wounds he was immediately rushed to the hospital for medical treatment but was declared dead on arrival (DOA).
Subsequently, recovered from the crime scene and possession of the suspect were One(1) piece Five Hundred Peso Bill (Php 500.00) used as marked money with SNFZ697463(buy-bust money); One(1) piece small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet believed to be shabu; One(1) unit improvised 5.56mm pistol loaded with One(1) piece fired cartridge case of 5.56mm pistol; Three (3) pieces fired cartridge case of caliber 9mm pistol, and Nine(9) pieces heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets believed to be shabu.
Records show that the latter was included in the IDID(Inter-Agency Drug Information Database)List formerly PRRD List and categorized as Level 1 High-Value Target(HVT).
Meanwhile, the recovered pieces of drug evidence are now under the custody of RPDEU 12 subject for laboratory examination while the recovered firearm and ammunition are now under the custody of PCLO-Kidapawan City for documentation and proper disposition.
Earlier of that day at about 10:00 AM of May 12, 2020, operatives from LEBAK MPS in coordination with PDEA conducted Buy Bust Operation against Joel Vicelles Miñoza;, 49 years old, a resident of Purok Molave 2-A, Brgy. Aurelio F. Freires Sr., Lebak, Sultan Kudarat.
During the operation poseur buyer deal with the suspect at barangay road in front the house of Dr. Marjorie Amoyen at the aforesaid place, said subject person noticed that he is transacting to a law enforcer wherein he immediately fired his firearm towards the operating troops which prompted the back-up team to shoot back, the latter incurred gunshot wounds and was rushed to Hospital but eventually declared dead on arrival.
Recovered from the possession and control of the suspect was one (1) piece small size heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet of white crystalline substance suspected as shabu used as a buy-bust item.
Investigating team recovered the crime scene one (1) unit cal. 45 pistol, chamber loaded with one (1) round of ammunition inserted with one (1) pc. Magazine; Four (4) pcs. empty cartridge of cal. 9mm ammunition; Three (3) pcs. empty cartridge of cal. .45 ammunition; color gray short pants with one (1) pc. empty pack of Malboro cigarette containing one (1) pc. five hundred pesos paper bill used as a buy-bust money; one (1) small size self-sealing transparent plastic cellophane containing three (3) pcs. small size heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet of white crystalline substance suspected as shabu.
Said recovered evidence will be turned over to Crime Laboratory for forensic and chemistry examinations for proper disposition.
Consequently, at about 2:30 PM of the same date another drug bust operation was conducted by joint operatives from SKPDEU, SKPDEA 12 and, Lebak MPS in coordination with PDEA 12 at Purok Molave 2A, Barangay Aurelyo Freriez Sr. Lebak, Sultan Kudarat particularly at Amar’s premises which resulted to the apprehension of the subject REZEL CARO AMAR @ “BABY AMAR”, 31 years old, a resident of the said place.
Wherein, the PNP poseur-buyer successfully bought one (1) sachet containing suspected Shabu with the use of marked-money described as Five hundred Peso (₱500.00) Bill and which cause the latter’s immediate apprehension.
Recovered from her possession and control are the following; the said marked-money, five (5) pieces sachets of same suspected substance, and one (1) scrap small piece blacked paper.
Investigation revealed that the latter belonged to PRO 12 Priority Ten (10) Illegal Drug Personalities and PDEA Target-Listed.
“My administration and gratitude to the personnel of this PRO who continue to do their rigorous mandated job amidst of the crisis we face, but this is our way to tell these drug peddlers that we will never stop cracking you down we will not stop until our job is done and that is to annihilate all your lawless activities,” PBGEN ALFRED S CORPUS said.
