Police operatives of Katipunan Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by Police Major Vincent Magallanes Vertudazo and Zamboanga del Norte Police Provincial Office –Intel Branch in coordination with Silang MPS, Cavite, conducted joint law enforcement operation against wanted person at Brgy. Maguyam, Silang, Cavite at 7:00 PM of December 22, 2020.
This resulted in the arrest of Darius Eloy Palacio, male, 41 years old, a native of New Tambo Katipunan Zamboanga Del Norte, married, elementary undergraduate, construction worker and presently residing at Brgy. Sampaloc 3, Dasmariñas City, Cavite, Top number 10 provincial level ZNPPO by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of arson, docketed under Criminal Case No. 22732, signed and issued by Hon. Jose Rene G. Dondoyano, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 6, Dipolog City dated January 31, 2019, with no bail recommended.
He is now under the temporary custody of Silang MPS prior proper turn-over to Katipunan MPS for proper disposition. (PCpt. Edwin A. Duco, Chief Public Information Officer)
